This actually might be my boyfriend lol because when I got with him 7 years ago it brought uncomfortable feelings in this chakra especially for me..he was so open and flowing with it, I wasn’t. I got stuck for a long time and am always trying to release more..this is one chakra I’ve had to work on and it’s gotten so much better! I can actually enjoy sexuality like never before from the healing and I know it will only get better. My creativity has slowly came back too!

My Middle Daughter Jay is very much Sacral personality. Thank you, she is a bundle of fun, emotions , she never wanted to grow up at a very young age. Even at 27 she is a child like and all of the above lol.
So far I would say I’m a sacral personality. Flexible and able to flow with the situation and the gammet of emotions
Is a broken hip a sacral chackra issue? My mother in law broke her hip. She’s elderly but just makes me sad and confused about why this happens.

I think that I am, I get lost in this relationship, bec I’m a codependence. or an empath. or not really. i do change rlsp often when I was young, and not trying to shape the other person, thinking that was the wrong one, so I just let go. but since my spouse, I had depend on his support a lot, so I lost myself in it, or become attached more than I ever want to. being more insecure.
