Sadhguru: Today, it is common scientific knowledge that the whole existence is a reverberation of energy. The source of all that is physical in existence is a reverberation or a vibration. And where there is a vibration, there is bound to be a sound. Or in other words, the entire existence is a complex amalgamation of sounds. This was recognized by the yogic sciences many millennia ago. We call this Nada Brahma, which means that the creation and creator is just sound.
“If everything is sound, why don’t I hear it?” The full spectrum of sound that the reverberations of creation throw out is usually not available to the human ear. What you are able to hear is just a small band of frequencies – the sonic range of sounds. Anything above this range is called ultrasonic. What is below is subsonic. Both subsonic and ultrasonic sounds are normally outside the hearing range of the human ear.

1:38 min. The spectrum of sounds that the reverberations of creation throw out is not fully available to human ear. Only a small band of frequency is available which we call as sonic sounds. Perfect!. In oriental technical literature we find the term of Anaahat naada, which is usually misunderstood to be the heartbeats or the pulse of the heart. But this cannot be true, since the heart beats stop when a person dies and the term Anaahat naada essentially means a sound which cannot be destroyed. In this essence it has to correspond to the Cosmic Microwave Background radiation which started right since the universe was created and still resonates. But how could the ancient Yogis detect the existence of this electromagnetic radiation? Well, if CMB can affect the radio reception then why cannot human brain? Maybe, ancient yogis were able to listen to this primordial sound although in a modulated form.

He knows zilch about Indian classical music… but its enough to mesmerize his equally ignorant students. Some random things (without any real understanding of them) he strings together without any coherence or relevance. It is so unfortunate that such ignorance can also be propagated.
I hear sadhgurus advice but I still can’t conquer my anger which is my only flaw I want to change to become a good person.I pray to God daily and hear mantras that can make me calm but still going on.Please pray for me to help me.
