    Honestly didn’t expect much but I really liked it I’ve never felt so peaceful also that didn’t feel like 20 minutes that WAS A WHOLE THREE HOURS lol . will do that again <3

    I find the breathing rhythm 4 secs in 6 secs out and focusing on bit between breaths very useful.
    Meditate 20 mins am and 20 mins pm.
    Very useful meditation.
    Transforms your mind.
