This lower Chakra frequency Meditation Music features shorter versions from the Inner Lotus Music Chakra “Feel” Series and gives you the opportunity to focus on all 3 lower Chakras – the Root Chakra, the Sacral Chakra and the Solar Plexus (or Solarplexus) Chakra – within a 1:11:11 meditation.

Our first three Chakras – also called “Lower Chakras” – relate to our sense of stability, strength, and confidence. They are essentially the seat of our primal need to feel rooted and secure, the seat of our creativity and sensuality, as well as our will power.

Just as a melody can be composed by the use of the seven notes of an octave, the 7 Chakras create the soundtrack of our existence as human beings. And just as the construction of a house begins with the foundation, the work on the Chakras starts from the bottom.
