    oh…. I love your piece of blue opal! I don’t have this,…hmm how do you know if it is real or not as many opal looks BEAUTIFUL but is heat treated. I se some BEAUTIFUL looking colours like indigo and more, but it loosk extremely heat treated, though if you love it who cares? 🙂 I’m not sure…. Thank you for sharing!

    I have love-hate relationship with blue opal, LOL.. the first time i got it, i lost it. The second one hit me in the eye, i was wearing it like pendant, and i was jumping off a street hole. The 3nd and LAST time, it fell on my fragile specimen Azurite and broke it…
    So, from then.. no blue opal.

    Can I use any Opal or does it absolutely have to be blue? Because I have six white Opals, a pink Opal and a brown Opal.
