Third Eye Chakra Yoga Sequence: Trust Your Intuition & Inner Guidance | Chakra Challenge

In week 6 of the chakra challenge, we start with the third eye chakra yoga sequence. Opening the sixth chakra through this yoga class allows you to trust your intuition and inner guidance.

We’ve made it all the way up to the sixth chakra! It’s Sanskrit name is Ajna, which means to perceive and to command. It is located at the center of your head sligthly above eye level, Yep! you may have heard of this one before, it’s also referred to as your third eye. The sixth chakra or third eye chakra is the home or the seat of your intuition. In this place resides a wisdom that can guide you through difficult moments, this area sees beyond the physical world gifting your with insight. You can visualize the third eye chakra as a deep dark blue color.

    Thank you so much for this practice, Brett! I am in a space right now where I need to trust my intuition and inner guidance on what my next steps should be. I can’t say that I am sure about it yet, but this practice definitely helped me to tune in to myself, and I feel like I am on the brink of something really big in my life.     I don’t know if it’s the volume or the instructions but it was really hard to concentrate and follow this through. When I was finally there, it was over 🙁
