This is good music for meditation.
Only one suggestion might be for"in between frequencies" to accent sound better so you know exactly on what chakra you are.
You might get into trancing mode and never move to next chakra.
Maybe 2 gongs for second of 3 gongs for 3rd chakra and so on.

From my perspective, and it is my personal view, this chakra soundtrack is misaligned in two ways:
1. There are 9 chakras, not 7 (one below Muladhara that represents death and ancestral spirits, and another between Ajna and Sahasrara that represents the conscious analytical mind, the will, and moral conscience.
2. The heart chakra is aligned with 528 hz, not 639 and all Solfeggio tones align to the ascending and descending chakras respectively from this point.
That said, it is important to keep in mind that chakras are mental devices useful for organizing the subconscious programming of mind and body, and that there is no absolute validity to any system of defining them. However, through the careful alignment of congruent symbols the chakras take on greater reality and power.
Was hearing this before sleeping, felt very relxaed and healed, I fell asleep 30 min in and right when it enden i woke up chanting a high pitched voice, i was a little strattled i was having a weird dream, but when i got up i felt very relaxed but it was a little weird, does anyone know what that means?..or why that happened to me
