I heard that cooked foods you make yourself if they have good pure correct mineral content do not close the third eye. Because salt is a crystal, we need more pure unsaturated salt, not industrial salt. And if pure, we need lots and lots of it. Careful, it’s just a theory. The safest way is of course a raw vegan grain free diet.
This diet will work miracles.

Does ammonium iodide negatively impact third eye?
There’s quite a lot of dogma in these videos. A lot of beliefs treated as absolute facts. I don’t know if all this does more harm than good. Eg:
"Microwaves are bad" Why? Who knows, but it’s a new age thing so it must be true.
"Never eat out of plastics" Why? Again, you’ll never get an answer. Maybe it’s BPA and BPA free plastics are perfectly fine. Maybe it’s propylene glycol or some other random chemical.
There’s also "honey (pure sugar) is great for the third eye" in one video, and "no refined sugar" in this one.
When you expect people to blindly believe every claim, you attract only the dumbest & most gullible ones. This is how religions operate.
One last thing: People should aim to be strong enough to be unaffected by eating fluoride toothpaste, and eating sugar filled plastic microwaves. By adopting a mentality of fragility, people become fragile. It’s not "you are what you eat", it’s "you are what you think you should be". If you believe something bad will happen, it will. And then you’ll have "new-agers" on youtube saying how much better they feel after starting to eat what they were told is healthy. Your mind IS your reality. These fear mongering videos are what CAUSE microwaves to be bad for the health of those who believe such claims.
But we are told to NEVER look at the sun directly right?

I think your higher self will give you message thru astral projection and let you know you have a higher self and that this is how it will send messages using astral projection. For me it used biblical iconography like angels and the rapture. I also learned there is a physical portal in our universe where information is moved between dimensions.

First, about the food: I heard that a lot of people eat meat, sugar ( such as ice cream , cookies, and chocolate), and still they can see spiritual being.
Second, about the electronics: If someone wants to be a Game Developer and also open their awareness, are they able to do that? ( If they have this kind of career can they also become spiritual?)
Third, activities: What kind of activity (hobby) is necessary to unblock your chakras?
Fourth, Where can I find Guru ( or someone who would teach me about spirituality and how to achieve them.)
or maybe there is a book that guide you step by step?
Fifth, How do you feel and how you know that your root chakra or other chakra in unlocked and balanced? ( is there a way I can find my answers? ( I read about that but I’m still not sure..)
Also why a lot of people said that it is dangerous to activate your third eye? Because they are scared?
