Hey dreamers, welcome to part 3 of my Chakra Balancing series! Today we address the Vishuddha chakra, a.k.a the throat. If you’ve been feeling hoarse, experiencing writer’s block, felt tongue tied, at a loss for words, or just struggling overall with communication or creativity, then you’ve stumbled on the right video. With care and only the highest intentions I’ll use Reiki energy, crystals, and some other healing techniques to clear and balance your throat chakra point.
Chakras are energy centers throughout the body. They can be either overactive or under active, but ideally, energy should be flowing equally among them… so that’s what I’m here for! To humbly offer you a reiki session and hopefully get your energy balanced & flowing freely (I am Reiki certified, so this session is authentic). It would be my honor. 🙏
