Discovering the Chakras: Third Eye

Join Nicole Hudson as she reviews each of the seven chakras in this seven-part series brought to you by MaineGeneral’s Peter Alfond Prevention and Healthy Living Center. The term “chakra” means “wheel” in Sanskrit and refers to the energy points within the body. The sixth chakra, or Ajna Chakra, connects us to the element of light and is associated with psychic perception, accurate interpretation, imagination and seeing.
