30 minute kundalini yoga to heal the chakras | Yogigems
This fun kriya – the Kriya to Clear the Chakras – embodies everything that I love about kundalini yoga! It’s a lovely accessible practice, working the spine and detoxifying the internal organs, as well as offering us effective movements – which you’ll notice are very common in kundalini yoga – to align, clear and heal the chakras. If you want to feel bright, shiny and ALIVE in your own radiance, practice this kundalini yoga kriya.
If you enjoyed this kriya to clear the chakras, try committing to 40 consecutive days and see how it impacts positively on your life. When the chakras are aligned, healthy and balanced, miracles can happen!
As with all kundalini yoga, please do be careful with any old injuries and areas of tightness. Keep yourself safe. If you feel dizzy or nauseous during the practice, just take a few moments out and rest. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

Good morning, I did this wonderful practice this morning and saw beautiful wisps of energy in the air and what looked like rainbows with a tint of colour. I would see these on the out breath when the energies were settling. Absolutely wonderful ✨✨✨

I began reading Tantra Illuminated (love it) recently and yours is my first kundalini yoga I have tried. At the end of the session a giggle rose up out of me then I started to cry a bit and then laugh at the end. I have been processing a lot of emotions lately due to a toxic relationship with my Mom, but in many ways I feel like her attitude towards me has been pushing me to find myself more.
