When it comes to rage n vengeance I try not to act on its desires, instead I try to let it go and with the help of meditation I do mostly because rage and hate are destructive to the mind and soul, it’s like a poison and it will fester and burn inside you if not released and thus meditation comes in very handy and as a result when rage comes knockin I dont hide until it goes away, instead I happily welcome it in and help to release its frustration with patience and understanding and so it does fade away quite peacefully

Let’s see what I did today: I was at a grill party with my classmates. I was walking around alone, then I went for chit-chating, tasting the food to assure it is good for me and then my classmates. I liked to make them laugh when I was talking about the food while they all know I am a foodie. We played UNO and Rummy and I was kinda competitive. While playing UNO, some of them looked at me and asked me why I was angry and some were joking around ( I think so) about me going to throw something at them or punching them ( I literally had just a straight face, nothing more. They know that I am getting angry very often in certain classes ). I took at home the remaining Fanta bottle and they did not even argue about it.
So, analyzing the video and what happened to me today, I find that the video is very accurate. And remember, these things happened only today and they correlate so much already with the video.
Edit: I didn’t give all the details because I am lazy + they are not that important but there are some which correlate as well with the video.
