I have autism and things are really hard for me right now. My dad has a brain injury and I’m writing this comment knowing maybe only a few people will see it. I don’t have many friends. Especially ones that enjoy talking about things that are difficult to talk about. None of my friends have autism which is not a problem at all but they don’t know much of my autism and I’m very very very good at keeping my private life private. The truth is is that my autism made me who I am. but it’s hard to explain. especially when you don’t have a voice 🙁

I was listening to a meditation by Mary Kate, I suggest you look her up too. she has great affirmations. my problems is not being confident enough or following through. when her meditation was over this came on next. which I had listened before but maybe for about 5 minutes then turned it off. that you all Wonderfull people who listen and comment giving positive vibes.
