    Some people cannot remember a time when they felt safe or when they lived with ease so not knowing how to answer to these questions actually creates anxiety and ruins the meditation.

    Fantastic content! Meditation helped me get over my anxiety attacks, and Planet Ayurveda’s herbal remedies complemented the process perfectly. My best friend also found peace and calm with their Brahmi and Ashwagandha supplements. These are worth trying!

    I couldn’t collect my happy memories no matter how i tried i just kept seeing people and i couldn’t collect an incident it kept changing and got crowded in my mind i was tensed the whole session
