I am just beginning and got myself an obsidian stone after trying a few other stones.
I actually did not feel much at first at all.
But today after having left it out on my window sill for some time, I felt its effects in a good way.
I found Myself thinking about a relationship I had struggled with back in high school that I never fully got over.
But finally felt like I got somewhere in terms of accepting that relationship happened, accepting the outcome, and seeing the positive that came from it.
And this I think was all passively more than anything.
I did not expect that but I am grateful.
I actually got it as a way to help ground myself better especially in social situations as I am an empathetic introvert.
So seeing it help me with more than just that is basically a blessing in disguise.
I feel like that if I had gotten it years ago I would not have benefited from it.
But now that I have come as far as I have with myself, it felt just right despite having just started my journey with crystals.
I hope it continues to help me further.

How do you cleanse Obsidian? You say to do it daily to clear negative energy and psychic cleansing using Fire. Can you make a video showing how to cleanse it for daily use in Shadow Work and Transformation because I would like to is it for daily ritual.
