But, later I realized that these new lenses were giving more strain to my eyes. Fortunately Maine apne purane lenses sambhal ke rakhe the, now I am again using them. Optics wale aapko galat cheez recommend nahi karte. For computer working professionals or students, blue cut lenses provide more comfort and relaxation to the eyes than other lenses. You can work for hours without eye strain using those lenses.
Dusre options pe aap as an outdoor working professional jaa sakte ho. Else, blue-cut lenses are truly worthwhile.
Blue cut matlab ye EM spectrum ke ekdam extreme wale UV ko rokte hain. Technically ye glasses blue cut hi hain aur aap isse dekhenge toh thoda yellow dikhega sab kuch. Aur main khud blue cut powered wala glasses use karta hun aur mujhe aakho mein comfortable feel hota hain iske wajah se. Benefits hote hain isliye log use karte.
