This is a dynamic hour-long traditional Sivananda class. Bring blood flow to each chakra in order to stimulate and awaken each major energy center of the body. Great for all-levels, some experience is advised, but not necessary. Great for stress relief and strengthening, while focusing on breathing to removing stagnant energy.
