I am understanding… Up to a certain point. If I see patterns (not just isolated incidents, but repeated episodes or patterns) of dishonesty, lack of respect, ingratitude… And I have made you aware that this bothers/upsets me and despite this, the problem continues, I WILL cut you out of my life. This applies for all personal relationships.
My time and mental and physical energy are too valuable to waste it on those who don’t value, appreciate or deserve it.
If it is professional, I will limit all contact except for the bare necessity; I will bide my time until our period of working together ends (it always does eventually, or I quickly find a way out, upwards and onwards) and I will take my "revenge" not by petty means of gossip/tearing you down/backstabbing or sabotaging, but instead by working harder, leveling up and building my skills… ultimately making myself so successful I no longer even care if you ever hear about it because I have so far outstripped you.
That takes patience. Often years in the making. But that is another quality of a Capricorn, along with clear and measured planning, structured goals, tenacity and delayed gratification.
