Throat Chakra Guided Meditation

Welcome to your Throat Chakra Guided Meditation!

The throat chakra, also known as the vishuddha chakra, is the fifth chakra in the chakra system.

If you have no idea what chakras are and you’d like to learn more, check out this blog post: https://roamingyogi.co/7-chakras-what-is-a-chakra

The throat chakra is our chakra of expression, communication, and truth. It represents our ability to stand up for ourselves; to speak our truth, and to listen to others’ with awareness and compassion.

When the throat chakra is overactive, you might be overly critical or judgemental; you might find yourself lying or gossiping.

When the throat chakra is underactive, you might struggle to speak your truth. You might feel timid or shy, or have a hard time listening to others.
