    Good morning everyone I wanted to add a few comments to this video because I have first-hand experience with how to activate your seven internal and you’re 5 external chakras. Your seven internal chakras correlate to the seven different colors within a rainbow I can visually see all of these colors through my peripheral vision. You must reach the Violet Ray of your crown chakra in order to activate your heart chakra the red of your root chakra in the Violet of your crown chakra meet together in your heart chakra and opens it. Your heart chakra activation can be a scary experience I thought I was losing my mind I had a wave that lasted almost three days where I was bathed in the violet. During this activation you receive memories and knowledge from your akashic records and it can be extremely emotional as you feel so deeply within your heart. Your heart chakra activation is extremely important in my opinion because it moves your base chakra from your route to your heart so no longer are you making decisions out of survival or fear it comes from Love and not only that your heart chakra activation is required to activate or begin to activate your external chakras.
