After 10 years of being in the occult, I came to find out that astral projection is 100% demonic. I was heavily demonized after leaving the occult. The only thing that truly set me free and gave me true joy was through the power of Jesus Christ.
I’m not going to lie. I had to look this up after purchasing a board game from a game shop in Richmond, VA. It is called ‘Chakra’ where the object of the game was to harmonizing your Chakra chambers while alleviating negative energy. It follows the theme well and faithfully explained the way Chakra is observed.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover emotional chakra try Nevolly Chakra Expert Nerd (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got amazing success with it.
What exactly is a chakra? Is it spirit, is it frequencies, is it a physical thing, what is it?

Only got a body chart divided in different colors, and info about different sound frequencies linked to those so called chakra places. But don’t know what to do next as curious and beginner into chakra? And scientific explore, if there’s really anything practical to do with this chakra system. Any help?

The chackra I have the most controll right now is third eye chackra, and I feel what u say, which means you are right about every other chackra you said too, so ima try making balance in all chackra a which is hard because I was gifted the third eye

This is the only pathway to total balance for mind/mental health, emotions, spiritual healing, physical health, aging, good sex, etc. We are all confused about aging and search for the fountain of youth through beauty products or by believing the fountain of youth can be bought – it can only be attained from within us.
