    I’ve only just explored placing a blue sapphire on my third eye. It calms my emotions and makes me more in touch with my logical mental aspect. It feels like there is allot of lucidity and buffering psychic protection. I also feel like it puts me in touch with the inner observer. That last one makes me access spiritual detachment more easily and more deeply. I think it’s going to be a good "work crystal" for me. It should help me to "respond," and not "react" when difficult experiences and conflict arise.
