On Day 06 of CHAKRA MEDITATION MONTH, we are continuing with Chakra Sleep Meditation Music, featuring Third Eye Chakra(Ajna) Deep Sleep Meditation.
Third Eye Chakra is the 6th Chakra and is responsible to what we refer to as “the sixth sense”. The Chakra connects us to our internal intuitions and is responsible for the sharp senses, the ability to read the future and receive non-verbal messages. Through the Third Eye we communicate with the world and can even receive messages from the past and from the future. It grants us our sense of observation.
How to Meditate along with This Track? Third Eye Activation Technique.
Sit or lie down on your back in a comfortable position. Join the tips of your thumb and Index Finger. Intone the “OM” sound using the word “home” and feel the vibration in your sixth chakra as you hold out the “mmm” sound and imagine a deep indigo blue light radiating from your sixth chakra and sending healing and balancing energy to your eyes, ears and brain.

Location of the Chakra in the Body: The center of the forehead, between the eyes.
Main Characteristic Associated with the Chakra: The Third Eye Chakra’s element is light. Even though the third eye is blind, it has a deep vision because it’s directed inside. Anja governs and connects the conscious and the unconscious mind.
Third Eye Chakra in balance: When the Chakra is balanced we experience high mental ability, we are able to separate between reality and imagination and best combine logic and emotion. When we live with a balanced Third Eye chakra, we experience overall good health, clear thinking and focus. A healthy third eye chakra will encourage intuition, empathy of others and build trust in oneself.
Third Eye Chakra out of balance: When the Chakra is unbalanced we experience fatigue, day dreaming, sleep problems, lack of assertiveness, inability to listen to others, and may even often feel disoriented. When the Chakra is over active, you may immerse in a world of fantasy and even experience hallucinations.

When my husband kissed me for the first time it was between my eyebrows and for the first time in this life I saw the color of wild roses wash across what I now know as my ajna chakra and it has never left in 4 decades…just being beside him, seeing him come into a room, thinking of him, hearing him say my name, making love with him …the color washes over me and when my eyes are closed in meditation the color spreads everywhere throughout the sweet darkness….when he stepped from his body one year ago he didn’t go anywhere other than to wrap himself in and around me and it has changed my life.. I see the color yet when he is with me, when he rests within my body, when I cry and meditate and think of him….Never have I known such joy. I will go to sleep with this music tonight. I don’t worry what SGuru says about the presence of one who has passed being near…I know what I know and what feels right for me. He is of India descent and followed a deeply personal spiritual path. I have begun to remember a history of lifetimes in India together but don’t know how to find more information on these experiences. I would like to search the Akashic records but am not trained in doing that. Thank you for this music.
