    I have a serious question…My mother and my Aunt both died from blood clots at fairly young ages…What crystal can I use to help improve my circulation and promote thin, healthy blood? I am drinking water only with the occasional drink and I am also trying to consume more blood/heart healthy foods, but I am sure there is a beautiful crystal out there to keep me from moving towards the same fate…

    My favourite is smoky quartz, it’s a beautiful quartz. The one I keep on getting told I should use is amathyst but shock horror, I am not attracted to it, unless it’s a gem grade rose de france. I love rose and strawberry quartz and have a beautiful galaxy strawberry quartz necklace which is so beautiful, like little red stars suspended in clear quartz. I’d love some pure clear rock quartz but it’s rather expensive. xxxx

    I have a big Lavander quartz, yes, there is a LAVANDER quartz. It is a kind of rose quartz, but more violet – ish. And I really love it!

    Recently, work has not been going well. I went to my crystals and pulled out what spoke to me. All Quartz: Citrine, Amethyst, Tourmalated, and some selenite to keep it clean. Things have gone better.

    I have been wearing an amethyst necklace for about 15 years. I do sometimes change it to a different crystal. What I find unusual is that my friends will comment that my amethyst is darker or lighter today, and that the pictures in it have changed, and then changed again. I thought I was the only one noticing this. I have never heard of this before.

    WOW Caroline! Alot of different information in this one. Also, I remembered when I was watching this that I used to instinctively place my powerful smokey quartz crystal on my kidney area years ago. Smoky quartz just seems to want to soothe our kidneys
