He overwhelms the person with trivial questions regarding random names. She was so flummoxed there that I don’t think she even fully understood what he was asking, so, he could get an affirmative answer. And the whole, "can I get personal…" unfortunately, I’d wager most mothers who have to bury a child, especially in a situation where they may feel responsible, are going to contemplate suicide or death in some way. I know my mom, who lost my brother to leukemia at 12 (before I was born) was in a very dark place for a bit. So, that question is not only just a disgusting question to ask – it’s also an obvious one. This whole bit was just terrible.
