This is a solfeggio tone meditation for the Lower Heart Chakra, a tone between the Gold Star chakra and the middle Heart chakra. This chakra resonates with the tone 618, 21 hz below the frequency of the heart chakra 639. The lower heart chakra is just below the heart where as the etheric or upper heart chakra lies above the heart. Both of these chakras however are etheric. This energy is associated with the color peach being a combination of orange and pink. If this chakra is active and balanced well, the individual will use multifaceted talents in a focused way; applies discipline to achieve independence. If this chakra is not active or well balanced the individual may swing from extreme dependance to independence. It deals with Life Purpose – Self Esteem, and Forgiveness. Warm nurturing, aids digestion. Good for children to help sleep and provide comfort. Secure, glowing, creative, stimulating, fun, enlivening, uplifting, bringing laughter, joy and humour. Action oriented and impatient. Independant, an organiser and self motivated. Orange is the colour of practicality and creativity. Energy levels high, sometimes restless. Forceful will and tend to be active and competitive. Peach is much warmer and subtler than orange, less direct with energy, in a more caring way. Good to use for nervous exhaustion. Excitable and seek domination over others.

Know that this 13 chakra system spoken in the above link is still only dealing with 3rd dimensional chakras except for their 13th chakra which is actually the main 8th chakra the soul star which they labeled the “astral chakra”. In their 13th chakra system they are including the in between chakras, so essentially instead of the standard 7 chakras associating with all of the 7 white keys in an octave before it begins again, they’re talking about all 12 tones being the white and the black keys in an octave before going back to C again.

the energy i feel with this chakra is similar to the energy i feel at a really large concert – the sense of communion with large groups of people, the knowledge of sharing rhythm & feeling with them and having everything in common with them despite not knowing them, complete trust in the shared experience of being here, on the earth, alive
