This is where we express our feelings, our thoughts, who we are. To be able to do this, you have to have a balanced throat chakra. Do you struggle speaking your truth? Maybe it’s the other way, and you sometimes get accused of not hearing your closest relationships. The throat chakra is an energetic space that helps you focus on and get balanced in this very important space.
Yoga poses for this pose are Plow Pose, Fish Pose, Cow pose –anything that stretches out or compresses the throat region.
Foods for this region are blue (because the color for this region is blue) so blueberries and blackberries. Teas are great for this region so is honey! Think about soothing things that you would use when your throat is sore.
