This video came up at a time when I was wondering why Selenite isn’t more popular! Another Divine synchronicity! I have so much Selenite, it creates a calming ambience. Thanks for sharing this great information 🙂

I use crushed/powdered selenite in many of my workings. I also added it to white paint & put it onto the walls of my witch store cupboard (under stairs cupboard). I use the powder in small bowls in every room of my home except the bathroom. I call the powdered selenite moon dust. I was able to buy very cheaply bits of broken selenite from a seller on eBay who sells big pieces. This made creating my moon dust very economical & also helped the seller out as they had nothing useful to do with the dust & broken bits. If you are going to crush some yourself please be careful & wear gloves & eye protection as it can break into sharp tiny shards like bits of glass

Do you believe that Selenite should be cleansed, etc. like you would other crystals?

it gave me nightmares when i slept with it under my pillow, so did amethyst and rose quartz. it took two days of having a piece of serpentine under my pillow to get nightmares from it. i’d say that’s proof of those stones’ powers

Selenite is my absolute favorite crystal . I keep one under my pillows and a selenite bowl beside my bed. It’s perfect for cleansing .

YOU ARE SO RIGHT! that Selenite is underrated. Yet I used it today, after some time I didn’t. Same day, I found you talking about it lol. I am a witch too, and the more the days come and go, the more and more I am becoming a witch (male – witch). Not just empath or magical working. nope….a witch! its part of me thats growing…HUGE. Selene is VERY powerful and its the dark goddess by excellence. few knows her.

I have a selenite heart and keep it with my tarot deck. My maternal grandmother was called Selena. Though she passed away when I was 12, many years ago. I have always felt close to her.
