I still don’t know how to open my third eye.
I’ve been to meditations before then feeling that headache and my teacher asked me if I want to totally open my 3rd eye but u know it’s really scary! I want it really open but I’m totally scared!

The middle path was taught by Lord Buddha who is a reincarnation of Lord Vishnu. Calling the middle path as those for professional "bullshiters" is denying the core of Hinduism that has Lord Buddha as one of the avatars. I think it is wise to explain properly the exact meaning of the middle path here. If people develop powers to read others minds that can be exploited the person has taken some side or is biased.

Please answer my question but I’ve been meditating for about 3 weeks now I just want to know how would I know I opened my 3rd eye
The realization I came to is that we do not know everything in this life so we can enjoy this life, if we knew everything then we would not have the joy of surprise. I get premonitions of things about myself, and others in my life and I’ve come to learn that it is important that we show love to every being, even to those who hate us. If you have knowledge of the future that would save someone and you fail to share that information then you are guilty for their untimely death because you didn’t try to stop the inevitable death. That is why it is best to be humble when you open the third eye, because you will see more than you want to see, and it will ruin the ignorant joys of life. We are not the ego, but the one who sees with the third eye without judgement.
The only part is depending on how you open it will determine the outcome of your perception. A vacume affect there are is a certain emotional, physical, and spiritual state and exploding is also the same.. Although both releases are at the extreme they both still differ in your state so the perception will differ.
The only way I cross to another dimension or open my third eye was through the Ayahuasca

The middle path is for those still contemplating a direction who are undecided in their path. Or putting off the process of enlightenment because they know what comes after light. Darkness lol. Neither good or bad. We are in the light now and ppl just do not realise it. Is that the idea?? This is it. Light of the SUN of God.

I opened my third eye the first time after 2am today and I was getting alot of pressure with a peace and light started growing then started changing to an almost blueish type color and I felt like I was going somewhere else and got so dizzy and scared and had to use a technique to get out. I wanted to go all the way in and see more but I was too scared from the dizziness. Will I be ok?

A person who doesn’t understand the Middle Path in Buddhism use to insult and promote his teaching is EGO. Contradicts all of his own teaching. Sadhguru jealousy on the expansion of Buddhism is obvious.
