A VEGETARIAN CAULIFLOWER AND KALE SOUP RECIPE
An excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6. It’s also a very good source of choline, dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, manganese, phosphorus, and biotin.
Kale has more iron than beef. It’s high in Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and calcium.
Cauliflower and Kale Soup
1 Large head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 baking sized potato,peeled and diced
2 Garlic Cloves
2 stock cubes
