I have a feeling of love in my heart, but it feels like it’s being crushed, like I just want to burst out in crying, I guess this the grief blockage? It does not feel dead or disconnected, it did a bit when I was extremely depressed many years ago, but now it feels wounded. I do feel a great disconnection from everything in general though.> I think that must be the blockage to the third eye?

I have been trying to find what happened to me during a meditation that I used wim Hoff breathing techniques along with flexing of the abdominal muscles while meditating.
I had no idea about chakras as any real thing or colors. Not why I meditate. My sole purpose is As an artist I’ve always been able to see the art work I’m drawing but it’s not intensely vivid. However, there is a period of time when I’m about to fall asleep or I just woke up where I am in between wakefulness and sleep that my conscious is online and the eye I dream with is still on. I can see really bright vivid hd images of whatever I’m thinking about.
It kind of looks like a photo shoot where the background is blacked out and whatever the object of thought is has a bright light shining on it. I can inspect it in great detail with long looks.
The more I wake, the amount of time I can look it continuously starts to shrink. I find answers here if I hold questions in my mind sort of like my consciousness getting the keys to the library’s of my unconscious that it normally doesnt have access to.
…….but that’s not what happened this time. With this combination of things I was doing. I still can’t wrap my head around what I experienced and have been looking everywhere to find what happened.

I had no idea my heart chakra opened until I was able to meditate and connect to the heart when overwhelming joy and bliss. I then had a rush of energy come up and then stopped at my third eye. The energy was so fast. It was within 30 secs. It never reached my crown. After that experience I felt like I had no soul and was going to die. I could not cry or laugh, I was totally emotionless. Then as I was laying surrendered to death I had a burning sensation in my chest for about 3 mins. I then came back to life in a way. I could cry and my head was in my heart. 3 days later I was in a mental hospital because I had death consciousness. This was all done by a dark practitioner that astral projected into my house and I believe did this to me. I still can’t understand it. I’ve been in a spiritual warfare battle with the darker forces you can’t see in the higher realms. They don’t want me to ascend. I then dropped from my heart chakra having faith the devil did not destroy my spiritual growth and my purpose. If anyone knows anything about what I am taking about please leave a comment so I can better understand. I had many oracle readings stating a man I used to date was spiritually attacking me trying to eat my soul and steal my crown. I don’t believe this can even happen but I know for sure I have been spiritual attacked external. I’ve been on a healing journey for 4 years, trying to go through the eye of the needle to reach heaven on earth. Any help regarding my experience would be so helpful! Thanks everyone.

I will meditate on seeing my balls as the stars and call them male and female. She is of the Sun. Feminine/ Earth turns counter clockwise. I am am question ⁉️ in ego or reverse or seeing both as one simultaneously.
