Guided Dance Meditation for Emotional Release

You are invited to join me for a 15 minute guided dance meditation where we will focus on releasing stagnant emotions and setting new intentions for ourselves ❤️

You don’t need to be a dancer in order to do this practice, all you need is some comfortable clothing and a space to move in.
I recommend shutting the lights and closing your eyes as you dance, in order to bring your attention fully to the moment.

Remember: move however FEELS right for you, don’t think about how it looks or what needs to happen, let the music and my voice take you away.
