honestly I thought at first everyone in here was just overhyping these videos .. as I sleep to them and do yoga to them I have noticed a major shift in frequency and I feel the best I’ve ever felt . Thankyou so much for this content !

Lay in your bed, really listen. You will notice your intire body. Listen to what it informs you. Really listen and you will notice what your body feels. After a while trust your bodys movement. Notice how you move whilst lying there in your bed.
It will inform you of you thoughts. Listen to what your thoughts do to your body. Notice them and let your body change your thoughts in the way your body wants to move.
Concentrate on your inner core.
Notice wether you are getting enough oxygen to them. If not, why not, learn to breathe properly.
Push the oxygen to them. Feel them move. Feel the pockets of emptiness with lifes gifts.
Start moving the centre of your body slowly at first. Notice its rhythm or not. Notice whether your in sync or not, if not why not?
Where is the knot.
Can you untie, pop, crack or wriggle it into or out of place.
Just notice your body. Start with that for now.

A few weeks ago I acquired a concussion and the headache was going on and on … then I found this channel and within moments the headache was gone..as long as I kept the music playing. It took two days and two nights of listening before the headache subsided without the frequency…another words as long as I had the frequency playing I had no headache.
