I found crystal cave in Minecraft it taked 1 hour for me too easy
bro I just found one I was in the nether I went back and I found IT!
Amethyst is useless
How rare is nether portal to spawn on it.
On the outside of the geode is smooth basalt .
I mined it with a stone pickaxe
I got an amethyst chunk right next to the bottom of my staircase going to my strip mines I got so lucky to have it right next to me like that this is by far one of my favorite blocks in Minecraft for building
Amethyst is for spyglass nothing else except building
The amethyst shard should be used to craft a sword, it looks like the perfect blade

Is there a way you can make it spread to where you want it to go, like with dirt blocks that doesn’t have grass, and you have to slowly move to grass block to the dirt block that doesn’t have grass.

I found a blue energy obsidian block
by a broken nether portal.
and the ground in the biome had red nether rock, and lava squares.
and some golden blocks.
but I mined this one block, the blue speckled obsidian… I did it without a diamond pick, and lost the block
can anyone tell me what it was, and what it’s called?
BTW Stone pickaxe can pick it up
Xbox one MC wont let me save at will. it’s all "save and quit" only.

I was able to mine the amethyst block with a stone pick axe. I thing amethyst arrow tips would be cool, maybe a bullseye lantern. Thanks for the info.
I wasted 30 levels just to see if I could get the budding..
I legit thought "Tuff" was just a deepslate block renamed by my friend on an anvil
but it was actually a through block name

Alright hear me out…. Amethyst spear. Less damage than trident you can pick it up the same way once thrown, but unlike tridents…. Stackable up to 16. Can be enchanted with piercing for the same affect as the cross bow AND….. makes a little ding on impact.
