Usually we talk about the 7 Major chakras. But we actually have many Minor Chakras that are equally as important as the Major chakras and they are all connected and supporting each other.
What are Elbow Chakras:
– These very important Chakras are located in the inside point of the Elbows.
– Two Meridians governs our Elbows; The Colon (Intestine) and Heart.
– Heart is about Harmony and Balance and the Colon is about letting Go.
– We need Flexibility to Harmonize our Life and be able to let Go.
– If we are stuck in the Past our Body becomes constricted.
– Our Elbows represents our ability to be Flexible in our Body and Mind.
– It also represents our ability to Adapt.
– The left elbow chakra controls our emotional perseverance, and the right our intellectual perseverance.
– When our Elbow chakras are out of Balance we could experience great self-centeredness, possessiveness towards people or material things, become inflexible, narrow-minded and even depressed. Unbalance can represent in stubborness, paying too much attention towards detail or tendancy to hoard or collect things.

– Everything in the Universe is made of Vibration, Frequency and Energy. We as Energetic beings react to these Vibrations.

– Negative thoughts cause reaction in the brain so the Meridian energy changes, and this disrupts the Energy Flow.

How to use?
– Lie in a comfortable position, relax and listen at low comfortable volume.
– You can use this music also as background music, loop it over night or you can just let it sink in to your subconscious while multitasking.
– You don´t need headphones.
– It takes about 7 minutes for the brain to harmonize with the frequencies so give every session at least 7-30 minutes to work.
– Drink plenty of purified water to keep you hydrated.
