Personally, I believe crystals work in changing your mindset. Sort of a placebo effect that you are changing your way of thinking. Example: green aventurine and yellow pirate will make me lose weight. I wear those crystals and since I am telling myself that I do lose weight but that is because of me and my will. Yet thankful because it influenced me to do it.
