When I’ve had them they puy tiny pieces of tape over them so you could rub the area to "activate" it. Anyway they’re so tiny litterally no one noticed them.

I’ve had ear seeding with a group of chronic pain sufferers. I don’t think it was particularly effective – but the needles were before.
