THE CORE CHAKRAS Solar Plexus, Heart and Throat

Chant OM/Aum with the music frequencies for an greatly enhanced experience.

The keyword here is Strength. When working with these three chakras, you are working with your very Core, the very center of your spiritual strength.

The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha, not only governs your ability to speak, but to listen as well. This enhances your confidence and self-worth and allows you to communicate at a much deeper and authentic level. Thus, letting you open up to expressing yourself more freely and fluidly, by creating in you a more positive self-image.

The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, brings balance to the material world and the spiritual world in your life. And, the bringing into balance and healing of your emotional well-being and your physical well-being. It brings to you compassion, love, empathy, and a much deeper self-awareness. It is the center of your energy being, your Prana, the Aura itself. All things enter and spread out from here, and all things return to the Heart Chakra and connect well into the depths of the spiritual realm in which we all exist.

The Solar Plexus Chakra, or Manipur, the center of your passion, wisdom, and your sense of self. It is the center for the healing of the mind and body. And, it is the source of your personal and spiritual power.

THE CORE: As you can see, these three Core Chakras have many properties, but in combination, as I said above, the keyword here is Strength.

Pieces of music evolve as they come out. To save a piece you are working on, it must have a title, file name, and the original name, title, may or may not be what it is in the end, once its evolution is complete. This piece started out “Spirit Drums.” That foundation was just one part of the piece’s evolution. In the end, it became “Spirit Winds.”
